Remarketable was founded by Karen Lurati who has 30+ years of retail experience working with key large and small retailers covering a broad range of categories from fashion and hard goods through to food, having held senior roles specialising in Merchandise Buying, Planning and Retail Marketing.

My focus is on sales and profitability as well as customer focussed retail strategies as the key underpinning of my expertise. I currently facilitate training, lecturing and consulting in many facets of Retail that includes multi-channel and digital. My qualifications include a Marketing degree and MBA as well as Certificate IV in workplace Training and Assessment, using a practical hands-on approach to any situation. I bring a depth of experience and knowledge to add value to your retail business no matter what the size or challenge.

As a Specialist Retail Trainer, I have facilitated, developed, delivered and assessed many levels of industry training, seminars and workshops in the areas of inventory management, retail marketing, social media and customer service. I bring an energetic, empathetic and participative approach that engages the audience to ensure they learn new or improve their retail skills with a core approach of profitability and focus on the customer.

As a Specialist Retail Consultant, I have worked with various clients in the areas of Merchandise Strategy, Retail Financial Analysis and Traditional/Online Retail Marketing, especially in the areas of product ranging, promotional strategy and performance improvement. My background in Buying and Marketing for leading supermarket and department store chains has ensured a strong discipline and understanding of the key retail drivers for any type of retail business.
